This unit is one of our campers featured for disaster recovery housing. These type rentals are also used for short term and longer term housing for construction industries or while building your new home. It rents month to month for an affordable rate that typically is below insurance company per diems. You will need a 50amp 240V RV electric plug along with a sewer or septic tank cleanout on the property and water faucet for water. For a short amount of time you can use the waste tanks on the camper to collect the liquid waste until the utilities are installed or located. We do have a 100# propane tank available to make winter stays more convenient, but recommend electric cube space heaters for ease of use.
