The ball size and height from the ground varies from camper to camper. Sizes are listed with each camper.

You will need to have either a round 7 pin Bargman plug or a flat 4 pin plug.

Everything to set up the camper is included in the rental. You will need to bring sheets, food, and anything else you might want to enjoy your vacation.

Yes, but the camper can not go to Mexico.

Natural Disaster Insurance is included in the price of the rental, however you must have current liability insurance on your vehicle.

Many times we can assist you in finding a very nice campsite. Give us a try.

All of our campers use a 120V 30amp RV plug. All of the campers will work on the battery for a day or 2 depending on use. A/C, microwave, TV/DVD and electric plugs all require the camper to be plugged into an electric source. Plugging into a 240V plug will damage the camper.

Please call us. Sometimes we can find availability the computer can’t, or we may suggest a camper that fits your needs very well that you have not considered.

You are making a guaranteed reservations for the camper shown. If for some reason we determine this camper will not be available for you to pick up we will contact you as soon as we know. We will offer you another at the same price point, or if none are available, upgrade you at no additional cost to another camper.

Yes, the minimum numbers of days varies:

  • Standard minimum pricing is shown in the rate section for each camper. The minimum rate permits you to keep the camper 3 nights. Select winter periods are discounted 30%.
  • On NASCAR Sprint Cup weeks the minimum charge is 6 nights for campers with 2 axles and 4 nights for single axle campers. Memorial Day and Labor Day the minimum charge is for 4 nights and the 4th of July minimum charge is 5 nights. September 13 – 17, 2017 is a minimum 4 night charge.
  • You are not required to keep the camper the minimum number of days, however your rate will not be reduced.

What are your holidays?

We do not offer pickups on New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving or Christmas.
