• 1 – 30 days for campers – 10% of rental charges.
• 31+ days for campers – 6.5%

Towable campers – You may purchase insurance to cover the camper during your trip subject to a deductible, or you may use your auto insurance to cover the camper while it is being towed, then be responsible for the camper while it is disconnected from your vehicle.

Drivable RV’s – You will need to provide a written binder from your auto insurance company or purchase the insurance we offer.

Insurance pricing – You will find the pricing when making the reservation. I do not mark up the insurance from the vendor.

1. Held to secure renter’s reservation. PAYMENT WILL BE REFUNDED ONLY IF CANCELED FOURTEEN (14) OR MORE DAYS PRIOR TO THE RESERVED DATE, less a $100 processing fee. Refunds will be processed within 10 business days.
2. Within fourteen (14) days and more than 24 hours of original pickup date a store credit will be issued. Within 24 hours of pickup date down payment will be forfeited. Store credit expires one (1) year from date of issue.
3. If reserving for Texafied Jamfest in Sulphur Springs, TX and you need to cancel the reservation your down payment of $300 will be forfeited.

• Authorized to an accepted credit card at time of pick up.
• $750 – towable campers
• $1500 – drivable RV’s
• Held to cover deductible portion of insurance in case of collision. Deductible range from $1000 – $2000
• Held to cover losses or damage other than collision.
• Will be forfeited if unit is returned late, without authorization.

ANY BREAKDOWNS OR EXPENSES THAT OCCUR BECAUSE OF ABUSE, MISUSE, OR NEGLIGENCE, WILL NOT BE REIMBURSED. DRIVE WITHIN THE SPEED LIMITS.

If it is necessary to have repairs made during your trip, receipts and old parts must be returned to us for reimbursement. If repairs involve more than $100.00, you must have prior approval for repairs, before reimbursement will be made. Call 469-532-CAMP (2267) FOR ASSISTANCE AND APPROVAL.

Drivers must be 25 years of age or over. Only persons with drivers license numbers listed on the rental agreement may tow the trailer or drive vehicles.

Delivery is available. The 1st 50 miles is $200, remaining miles are charged at $6.00 per mile, one way. Delivery rates include delivery, setup, take down and pickup. Fresh water tanks may be filled for free upon request and final emptying of waste tanks is included.

You are responsible for paying all parking or driving violations. You are responsible for reporting all accidents. Tolls incurred by vehicles will be billed within 14 days of return to credit card on file, plus a $15 service charge.

DO NOT DRINK AND DRIVE – INSURANCE WILL NOT PAY

Trailers are to be returned in the same condition as when they leave the dealership.

INSIDE AND OUT: IF YOU RETURN A UNIT THAT NEEDS EXTENSIVE CLEANING, EITHER INSIDE OR OUTSIDE, A MINIMUM OF $75.00 WILL BE WITHHELD FROM YOUR DEPOSIT FOR CLEANING EXPENSE.

ALL UNITS ARE NON-SMOKING – SMOKING IN UNITS WILL RESULT IN LOSS OF SECURITY DEPOSIT

All vehicles must be picked up by previously scheduled appointment.No Sunday or Holiday checkouts will be scheduled. No checkouts before Noon on Monday or the day following a holiday weekend.

Thursday checkouts at a 3-day rate will be checked out after Noon. Earlier checkouts will incur an additional fee.

Example:
If you have rented a trailer for one week, and your scheduled pickup time is Tuesday at 1:00 pm, it will be due back the following Tuesday at 1:00 pm. All Sunday returns are unattended (self return).

BREAKDOWN
If a breakdown occurs that takes a complete day of your vacation to repair, Campers 4 Rent, LLC will deduct that day’s charges from your rental fees.

WEATHER
Unfortunately we cannot control the weather, if you choose to return a unit early we are not able to reduce agreed to fees.
